We want to provide our telephone banking system free to all of our customers who want it. For the peace of mind of our customers who do not want it, we have locked out everyone’s accounts. You must initiate the process of having your accounts unlocked.
Visit one of our offices or complete, sign, and return a Telephone Banking System Agreement form and we will make available your accounts that you choose. The Agreement includes important disclosures regarding your rights and obligations under Electronic Funds Transfer regulations.
After your accounts have been made available, you can call 215-945-5001 anytime.
In your initial call you will be given easy instructions to establish a four digit personal identification number (PIN) of your choosing and then the system is free to use as often as you like.
